I was needing a DR that supports NALU (nerve stimulator) I was experiencing some tingling and wanted to see someone. My original DR was no longer on my insurance plan and I called Scott the Nalu rep and he referred with enthusiasm, Dr Viswanath. Dr Viswanath exceeded my expectations. From the staff at the front desk to all other staff I was welcomed and made to feel important and not just a number or dollar sign. The dr took time going over my history and my concerns. He then discussed options for my treatment. I finally have a hope for relief from the chronic pain I've been enduring for the past 4 years. Very grateful to have this staff on my side.

It was my first visit to mountain view headache and spine institute.. Dr. Richard was very accommodating and willing to listen to what I had to say about my level of pain and what I felt would be tolerable to try because I'm not big on pharmaceuticals.. but we worked out a good plan for managing my pain safely.. He's a great guy. Really enjoyed my conversation with him...
