I went here for close to a year. Did in fact see a significant increase in spinal bone density (6%) over the previous year, although my personal health situation is likely quite different from that of others, and there were various other factors at play here, such as diet. In any case, the staff are all extremely friendly and helpful, and they will assist you in sorting out other aspects of your lifestyle that will also help improve bone density and overall health. Mariah in particular is a consummate professional. The facility is clean, the appointments are conducted efficiently, and they offer services that are difficult to find elsewhere. I'm glad I took the time to do this over the past year. My bone density, my strength, and my workout technique have all noticeably improved. I truly appreciate all the many staff members I interacted with sharing their wisdom and helping me improve my health in a variety of ways.

I love this place! I'm in my late 40's, very active, and I'd recommend to anyone regardless of age or health level. It offers foundational/skeletal conditioning that you cant get in a gym, and increases muscular strength as well. The staff is friendly and provide gentle but specific assistance on proper form and use of machines, you can tell they care about their members. The healing modalities are also very nice, I'd recommend the compression boots and the red light therapy.

If you’re someone who takes your sports recovery seriously, this place is for you. I was initially intrigued by the fact that they have Normatech boots. I train for endurance activities like hiking, backpacking and running. Needless to say, my lower extremities are often in need of being revitalized. The staff at the center is super helpful and knowledgeable in all the different equipment they have on offer. I’ve also used their red light therapy to help with inflammation, skin health, and mood support. Just recently I’ve been turned on to what they are probably most known for, their strength machines called Spectrum. These machines provide a stimulus similar to resistance training, but with less impact on your joints… and far less time in the gym. The idea is to bring your muscles to failure faster, and more safely, to illicit bone and muscle growth. If you’re an active adult with the goal of longevity, I highly suggest checking this place out.
