Dr. German is EXCEPTIONAL. He has an excellent bedside manner. He is extremely knowledgeable and I feel I can trust him. He gave me several options related to my issue and I was so grateful I had tears in my eyes. You are not a number to this outstanding doctor or his office team. You can feel that he truly cares. Mandy at the front desk is also warm, bubbly and caring. The whole office is an absolute delight!

Shout out to Dr. Nathan Thompson at Prescott Dentistry for his skilled, gentle work done with kindness. I had two dental procedures done in the past 7 days. First a crown replacement last Thursday due to decay at the gum line on both sides of the upper jaw molar and then a lower jaw, last in line, wisdom tooth extraction yesterday afternoon. The crown removal, decay clean out, new crown construction and placement went impeccably. With anesthesia, there was absolutely NO pain during the process or afterwards. The fit of the new crown was SO perfect, it was as if nothing had been done...not even a hint of residual pain at the gum line! Yesterday's lower jaw wisdom tooth extraction went very smoothly. I tend to be resistant (or slow to respond) to anesthesia, so he had to give me 4 injections, rather than just the standard 2. Waiting to be fully numbed took about 45 minutes. The tooth itself came out in seconds, literally!! He pushed it against the slightly spongy bone to loosen it and out it came, so fast, we all were astonished - and very pleased! So, after sitting in my jaw for 55 years or more, the wissom tooth was removed in less than a minute of work. Amazing! Full recovery from the extraction will take some time. I am using low doses of Ibuprofen and Tylenol to minimize pain / inflammation, but may stop those today, if I'm not too sore. Prefer not to use pharmaceuticals if possible. If need be, I will apply Bulgarian grown German Chamomile (Matricaria recutita) essential oil to the gum wound to reduce swelling, prevent infection, and minimize pain. And, of course, I'm doing warm, salt water rinses very gently to keep the wound clean as it heals.

I just had a dental implant post inserted into my jawbone yesterday by Dr. Thompson. There was no pain at all and as usual he explained every step as we went through the procedure. Dr. Thompson is amazing and I want to take this opportunity to thank him and his staff for taking care of me all these years. Robert Vaught.
