I see that there are a lot of great reviews here. My experience at this medical center was very unsatisfactory and disappointing. I went in on July 10th to consult about a specific peptide (which I mentioned when I called to book the appointment). Upon consulting with Dr Harrison, she told me they couldn't get the peptide I was interested in (the compound pharmacies said it wasn't available) and she suggested another peptide instead. I paid for the service and the peptides ($725) and was told they would arrive by Tuesday (3 business days later). I was never given any tracking information so I made sure to stick around on Tuesday. Unfortunately, the peptides never arrived .....nor did they the rest of that week. I assumed maybe processing/shipping was taking longer than they thought. The following week, when they still hadn't arrived, I called Dr Harrison's office during working hours (I checked on their site) but nobody answered so I left a detailed message about not receiving my order. Nobody called me back that entire day. I then called again on Tuesday morning and again nobody answered......and the outgoing message still said (as it did on Monday) that they were open but probably with a patient. Again I left a message. I called a few times that day and still no one called me back. I decided to drive over to their office (25 minutes away) during their working hours on Wednesday. I was there late morning and sat there outside for a half hour, as their office was locked and I could see through the window that no one was in there. I called while I was waiting but the outgoing message still said they were open but probably busy with a patient. I then decided to call the compounding pharmacy on my receipt and explained what was going on. They confirmed they had Dr Harrison's practice in their system and my information but they told me that Dr Harrison's office never called in my peptide order. I told them at this point, if they tried to do so, I didn't want them anymore. They said they would call the doctor's office and leave a message for her to call them (as they knew she took my payment for them 2 weeks ago). Well.... later in the afternoon, Dr Harrison's office finally managed to get back to me (only after the pharmacy got a hold of them). Dr Harrison's daughter left a message saying Dr Harrison was away and she's been very busy with physical therapy clients. She said she was going to "send in my order that day" ...at which point, I told her I didn't want it anymore and I wanted a refund. Flash ahead 5 days later, she called to say the refund was processed and the service fee was charged again, as they weren't able to do a refund for the peptides only. I explained how disappointed I was with their total lack of communication, never returning any phone calls for days, me having to drive over there to find the door locked, etc. She then said "their WIFI was down for that entire week". That is not a reason to not call your patients back for a week. A few days before that, you mentioned it was due to being with physical therapy clients all day. I would not recommend this practice to anyone.
