Ketamine therapy had been recommended to me for about a year, but something never quite felt like the right fit with other providers. Then I found inLIGHTen. Their practice checked every box and fully met the expectations I had going in.
The treatment became a crucial springboard in reclaiming who I truly am. It feels like I’ve finally reached the surface—taking a deep breath after struggling under seemingly endless waves.
You truly get out of this experience what you put into it. Even six months after my last treatment, I continue to use the tools I gained from working with the incredible people at this practice. Their impact has been lasting and life-changing.

My experience with InLighten has been truly transformative. I had already spent years doing the inner work, yet still felt stuck in ways I couldn’t quite move through on my own. In just 2–3 months, ketamine therapy with InLighten helped unlock growth and clarity I hadn’t reached in years.
What makes InLighten exceptional is the medical team. They are deeply compassionate and present — quite literally holding your hand when you need it, and figuratively walking beside you through every step of the process. No one likes to admit it, but I was struggling and felt like I was fighting so many battles within. My counselor recommended me to the staff at InLighten Wellness. The generosity and support of the amazing people at the 100 Club made it possible for me to start this journey. I had my reservations about it, but nothing else was moving me forward. Sandy and the entire staff made me feel comfortable immediately and addressed all my concerns. My assigned coach, Carrie, was simply phenomenal. They are educated, professional, and they stay with you every second of the journey. They truly care and to say this was a positive, life-changing experience for me, is an understatement. It’s going to be hard to express how grateful I am for having the opportunity to receive treatment with INlighten wellness with the financial support of the 100 club. Without their financial assistance I would not have been able to afford this life saving and in my opinion necessary treatment for those afflicted with PTSD and traumatic events. They were extremely flexible and patient with me during the onboarding process I cannot thank Travis enough. Before I started my treatment I was in a mental haze where everyday my feelings of hopelessness surpassed my drive to stay alive. Constantly wishing something would befall me so I wouldn’t have to continue the erosion of my core self and the memory’s other might have of me. During my first treatment/Journey I was reminded and reconnected with God, and left with an indescribable weight of pain and spiritual heaviness removed. Each and every treatment has built on this and has helped me reconnect with inner peace and self grace. I was in excruciating chronic pain from previous back injuries which began subsiding after the releases I had during my journeys, for the first time in years I began feeling reconnection happening of my mind body and spirit. Sandy is an extraordinary person, I struggle to express how amazed I am by her vision and what she has created, her compassion and genuine empathy for others is something you can feel radiates throughout the entire center. My coaching and Journeys with Mark have been amazing and exactly what I needed, truly a blessing, he has been like a big brother to me. Travis is always the first person I see when I come in for treatment and his welcoming energy and genuine kind heart envelops you as you walk in, the perfect preface to a journey. Bree has an incredible spiritual energy that I felt extremely connected to in my journey, my feelings and concept of Love returned after my journey with her. Astara was the first person to sit with me and her gentle nature and spiritual gifts allowed me to let go enough to be able to really get the most out of my initial treatment and really helped pave the way for my following Journeys. The team at INlighten are absolutely phenomenal people that radiate compassion and love and I cannot recommend them enough. I came to INlighten with an unshakeable hopelessness and desire to no longer live and had lost faith in healing entirely. I am now excited by life and what feels like my second chance at it. These medications help us unshape from our traumatic versions, my only regret was waiting as long as I did to get this life saving treatment.

I don’t even know where to begin. Words honestly don’t do this experience justice.
From the moment I walked into IN Lighten Wellness, I felt comfortable, safe, and genuinely cared for. Every single person there — Travis, Sandy, Mark, and the entire team — is beyond incredible. So warm, so kind, so welcoming. You can feel immediately that they truly care about you as a person, not just a patient.
The ketamine experience itself was absolutely unbelievable. Every single session, every single week, brought new clarity, new understanding, and multiple breakthroughs that I never thought were possible. It felt like layers were peeling back — things I’ve carried for years finally made sense. I’ve never seen my life so clearly.
I can say without hesitation that this experience has changed my life forever. My perspective. My marriage. My relationships. Everything. I feel lighter, clearer, and more grounded than I ever have. I’m beyond grateful.
