About this clinic

Integrated Pain Consultants, a ketamine-therapy clinic in Scottsdale, Arizona, offers ketamine infusion protocols for chronic pain and treatment-resistant conditions. The practice combines ketamine therapy with joint-injection procedures—including regenerative orthobiologic options—to address musculoskeletal pain, sports injuries, and joint dysfunction. Chiropractic care rounds out the clinical toolkit, allowing patients to coordinate structural and pharmacologic interventions under one practice. Treatment plans are individualized following an initial evaluation. The clinic serves patients across the greater Phoenix area and emphasizes evidence-based pain management that extends beyond conventional pharmaceutical approaches alone.

Violetta is just one of my many Healthcare professionals . She is very kind, easy to talk to and she is so helpful when it comes to my care. I couldn't ask for a better person to take care of my chronic pain. She's understanding and compasionate and has a great sense of humor.

Is Google Maps creating fake Reviews? Integrated Pain Consultants closed ALL their locations over 3 Weeks AGO! They delivered the news too ALL their patients via Text on an early SUNDAY morning. The care provided in 2025 was horrendous. The Investors that purchased the practice (Anodyne Pain) were not Physicians & focused on treating patients without opiod prescriptions & surgery & pushed expensive 'Alternative therapies'The 3 Anesthesiologist that had worked there for years ALL quit the practice, prior to the closure.

I doubt if Dr. Seth will publish this but he owes me because I didn't sue him despite much encouragement, The end of Aguust I went in for an epidural. Two men brought me into the room. They were not in gowns nor was I. The didn't introduce themselves or tell me what they did. They told me to go up and jump on thee table which had used paper on it. They told me to put my down in the hole which was deeply cracked. Then they said they were deadening the spot. Soon without a word I felt a big punch and without a word I had received a T-12 epidural. Dr, Seth never spoke to me. They sent me to recovery where my blood presure was high and the pain in my back became excruciating and I cuolc no longer sit up. Finally Dr. Seth left his assembly epidurals to offer me an icepack or two small dental shots. I took the shots and went to other patients. The men with me started pushing for my driver to come so they could grab a bite to eat before the afternoon assembly line. I called my driver after they got my phone out of my purse since I couldn't sit up. Then they had mee call him two more times to see how much longer he would be. When he came they wanted me to stand up and move to a wheelchair, but my legs didn't work. I had to be carried out and lifted into the car.]My driver called ahead to make sure I could have around the clock since I was in terrible pain and paralyzed. The next morning I called Dr. Seth to tell him I was still paralyzed fron T-12 down. His comment was that it had never happened to him before. I sooooo. He said he guessed If I was still paralyzed at noon I could call an ambluance. He never called or checked on me. They discovered I had a huge hematoma that had completely closed my spine and gone down 14 inches. I was sent to Osborn Hospital for massive spinal surgery. I was told I would definitely paralyzed from T-12 for the rest of my life and it could go all the to my chin. But they warned me that the surgery was VERY, VERY dangerous. I was in ICU for a week, then in the hospital for a month. I have been working since with therapists to try to be able to walk. I am not there yet. There are also a lot of other problems that go along with severe spinal injuries that I will live with forever. To this day I haven't heard from Dr. Seth. His office even sent me a bill for missing an appointment while I was in the hospital. Most places, I have learned, have robed nurses who meet you as does the robed doctor. Then they put you in a robe. They simply raised my blouse and pulled down my bra. BEWARE
