Brandy and I met at an ovarian cancer retreat and we were fast friends. Her enthusiasm, knowledge and generosity were contagious. At the end of my chemo treatment, I immediately booked a consultation to get my hair back. Best decision I made, red light therapy works! My package included microneedling. Cecilia was awesome and very patient with me when I started feeling faint. She was very accommodating and I would return for the procedure. It was too much coffee on my part. Sarah at the front desk got me an ice pack, and Karly provided me with electrolyte water. NHLMA is an incredible organization and every single staff person has a passion for service. Their treatments are customized and tailored to the individual, not cookie cutter. Every visit I feel heard and important. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this place!

I am very impressed with Brandy. She is not only extremely competent and knowledgeable but is also very compassionate, kind, and thorough. She was able to help me after many failed attempts with doctors that left me disheartened. With Brandy, I had immediate hope that my long-standing problem could be resolved. I only wish I’d started sooner for my hair loss. Brandy has been so helpful and really knows hair. She is very thorough, asked so many questions and also running bloodwork that others didn’t even consider. She is always available via text, even over the weekend and happy to answer any questions. I’m just getting started, but feel that I’ve made the best decision to invest in NHLMA even though I’m out of state! Sarah at the front desk has also been very helpful. Highly recommend NHLMA! Update after 7 months: I was lucky enough to see Brandy in person last week while visiting in AZ. The office is beautiful and very clean. Super friendly staff throughout. Brandy was even sweeter in person. She was pleased with my progress, as am I. I’ve had so much new growth and feel like my hair has return to “normal.” My SD has been gone for serval months, but recently reappeared. Brandy has made recommendations to wipe it out before it gets worse. I have already seen improvement. So happy I found nhlma!
