I wasn’t feeling amazing so I went to see Dr Julie. Dr Julie listened to my concerns and helped me take action. She saw the levels in my blood tests that my GP said were “fine” and improved them. She was proactive and worked to improve my numbers. She has gotten my hormone levels balanced and my blood sugar down. I feel healthier, leaner and stronger with her overseeing my health. I highly recommend taking the time out for yourself to see her!

I have been seeing Dr Julie for one year and she has helped me get my energy back and feeling 1000%. She walks me though all my blood labs so that I better understand what’s going on in my body and supplements to support optimizing my health for the long term. Dr Julie is the best!! She has been a great resource to better understand the way my husband and I were feeling, low energy, out of control weight gain, fatigue, not to mention my infertility issues. we started our treatment and not even a week in we started seeing the difference. This is long overdue but a necessity. I’ve been a client with The Wellness Method for almost 2 years now and I have benefited from great advice, learning more about my health and wellness, making better choices for myself and losing over 20 pounds in the process.
