A MUST HAVE in your wellness routines. I have an old sports injury and early onset of arthritis in my thumbs. My cryo results with Lisa have kept me 💯 away from needing to result to steroid shots. This was the goal when I was seeking another option. I didn't think there was one so I dealt with the pain in my thumbs for as long as I could tolerate and gave up on changes in my knee. Not anymore!! If your hesitating don't. Lisa's experience and recommendations for initial session frequency and then maintenance was perfect. Thank you, Lisa!!

Lisa is great! I started seeing her after signing up for one of her monthly specials on a whim. I’m happy I did! She created a calm, welcoming environment that became my weekly respite from day-to-day stress. I especially enjoyed the red light therapy sessions. After having a facial skin cancer removed and a skin graft, my surgeon asked what I was doing to help me heal so well and she was really impressed with the results from the red light therapy.
