If you have Call Filter, good luck communicating with them. Today is Dec 4th. I called them on Dec 1st to see if they accept my insurance, they said they would call back.(Getting in contact with my Ins is a whole other story.) Not once did I recieve a call back and feeling like I hit another dead end in my road. I recieved a text message today from an unknown number asking me to confirm my appt. For TOMORROW and they require a 24 hr notice to cancel!! (See time difference in the screen shot) The fact that I NEVER made this appt. raised a red flag for me! As if my anxiety isnt already bad enough, I tried calling the number I previously called, the 520# and it went to promts to dial 6 to leave a detailed message. It hung up on me without leaving a detailed message. Tried again, pressed 6 and again, I was hung up on. In that moment, I get a notification saying I have a new voice message. Unknown number. Not once did my phone ring. Voice message just said, "hey its Christy just calling you back!" In my mind, "who the heck is christy?!" I tried calling back the number they called from, it's a number connected to the 520#. So great they have multiple lines and my phone with call filter on it doesn't recognize it and blocks it as spam. The call sent me to the same promts again and this time I pressed 2 (I think) for New Patient. Finally someone answers. I described the whole thing and told them to cancel because I already wasn't liking the communication ON TOP of not being seen in person on the first appt. I understand we are in a easy access remote society and world and call me old fashion if you'd like as Im going on 41, but for something like this, please see your patients AT LEAST on the 1st appt before doing Telemed. Talking to someone about your issues on the phone and not really knowing who you are talking to is just weird to me. I might as well take off call filter and express my issues to the next spam caller for free and no insurance claim. (Hmmm... Now there's an idea!)

I am taken care of like a family member. I rely and look forward to my appointments and absolutely love my therapist. I’ve been religiously going for 2 years and have NEVER been disappointed. The care I receive is extremely personal and well respected. I can, and do, tell her everything and trust her more than anyone. As far as medication is concerned, she hears me, we discuss what is good for my life style and issues. She is patient even when I am not. She calms me. I HIGHLY recommend Calm clinic. She has been there when I need her and I have made remarkable improvements with her help. I truly believe in Calm…I am thrilled with them. She saved my life.

Dr Gross was busy flirting w a med student in attendance, he never even looked at my file. He had me face down on a table (w/o paper),n proceeded to adjust me. I have a 28' scoliosis n TBI concussion. I was looking forward to Cranial-Sacral Therapy that I was told he did as a DO. He kept talking to his student about his personal life (wife in the military; money issues etc... things a patient should not be privy to!) I'm sorry I did not self protect! His colleagues thought I would sue so they determined my insurance would no longer cover lidocaine injections for the resulting pain!!! They had his back not mine😭 I left in a daze. For two yrs now, I have 2 HERNIATED DISCS FROM GROSS's negligence... pain meds n pain all the time. (Even an oblation from a pain doc not connected to this 'doc') I just found out he left SPARCC full time, N WANTED OTHERS TO BE CAREFUL. Now, he's running Calm.... outrageous n frightening. I hope they publish this review. I'd like to look Gross in the eyes, n ask him if he even remembers what he inflicted on me.....probably no recall or caring🤷🏼‍♀️
