I’ve been meaning to leave a review for the incredible team at Tucson Cryo and Wellness for so long! 😃😃😻 After just 2–3 sessions, I noticed my skin looked more lifted, healthy, and literally glowing. I even experienced some weight loss after visiting the cryo chamber a few times a week. I’ve since had to relocate, but I truly miss everyone there—their caring and friendly attitude made every visit special. Huge thanks to Donna, Laura, Beth, and Andrew for making my experience so wonderful!🤗🤗💕🩷😻🤝

You won’t find a better recovery spot! Beth gave us a great tour and we did a cryo chamber session. They offer other great services as well. Tucson Cryo and Wellness is a must for anyone looking for a relaxing recovery.

I went to Tucson Cryo on Thursday Around 5pm and was met at the door of the facility by an elder white lady with blondish grey hair. I was told that they were closed when it boldly says online they’re open until 530pm. So , I told the lady I was an athlete training for worlds and I have an injury that I need to get recovery for and she said sorry sir our cryo chamber is turned off at 5pm there’s absolutely nothing I can do for you and asked me if, I could return tomorrow which I implied we will see but after brief thought I felt it was time to purchase a cold plunge and focus on my recovery on my own. I’ve been going to us cryo- Tucson cryo and never in the whole 5-6 years I’ve been going there have I ever been turned away I’m pretty upset considering I’m training for a world and the level of carelessness that presided that Thursday was very unprofessional considering the circumstance's.

I strongly advise caution when considering Tucson Cryo & Wellness. My experience has been marred by deceptive advertising, poor communication, and unprofessional conduct, and I am currently pursuing a refund for $1,200 under the Arizona Consumer Fraud Act. When I joined in January, I was not given any written contract, receipt, or explanation of membership terms. I dealt with three different new employees in one week—none could explain the service agreement or policies. I was told the treatment was $600 with no mention of a three-month minimum or recurring charges. Despite cancelling in February (which was confirmed in person), I was still charged in March, April and May. The only refund issued was for May—three months after I had already cancelled. When I questioned this, the co-owners were dismissive, evasive, and at times, outright rude. During one visit, I was told to “have a seat” while they prioritized others, despite my appointment time having already started. I only continued visiting briefly because cryotherapy was prescribed for a serious injury, and I was desperate. Being unemployed and recovering from an accident, there’s no way I would’ve agreed to a long-term, high-cost plan. After trying multiple times to resolve this amicably, I received a condescending email response and no real accountability. There was zero transparency, no documentation, and no professionalism. I’ve now filed a formal refund request and filed a small claims suit to rectify the matter. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel obligated to warn others: If you value clear communication, ethical billing practices, and respectful treatment—look elsewhere.

Just popped in for the first time ! Booked on class pass app . I tried the compression therapy boots & their hydro massage medical grade bed . I feel amazing ! I was helped by an employee and given a tour with Donna the new Owner & she was an absolute pleasure . I will be back for sure .
