About this clinic

Dentistry for San Diego, a regenerative dentistry practice in Carlsbad, focuses on biologically-informed dental care incorporating ozone therapy and platelet-rich fibrin (PRF) protocols alongside conventional restorative and cosmetic dentistry. The clinic emphasizes biocompatible approaches to extractions, implant support, and tissue regeneration, positioning itself as an alternative to standard dental practice for patients concerned with material safety and systemic-health implications. Treatment plans are individualized, and the practice integrates hormone-replacement therapy consultation as part of its whole-body wellness posture. Routine preventive and cosmetic services support the primary regenerative-dentistry focus.

This is our favorite dental office. Doctor Fallah is holistic, detailed oriented, highly educated and pleasant to work with. Jen is very knowledgeable and thorough with the dental cleanings and Cindy and the staff are both conscientious and personable. Thank you to everyone for doing a great job. 👏

If you are looking for a holistic dentist who is exceptional, skilled, and extremely knowledgeable, look no further. Dr. Fallah is the one! Dr. Fallah also has an exceptional team and staff who are dedicated and extremely helpful. I had several procedures performed by Dr. Fallah, and I highly recommend him and his team.

I came to Dr. Fallah after seeing about twelve other dentists for a complex case. Dr. Fallah was the only dentist who immediately picked up on my need to be spoken to directly, concisely and with technical language. He was also the only dentist who read the CT scan without the help of a radiologist, and he seemed to be able to ascertain things other dentists overlooked, though I felt his assessment around my type of sleep apnea was unfounded, without looking at a sleep study. The biggest problem came when I received a solicitation for feedback the next morning. The text form requested that I contact the office if I was not "completely satisfied" so that they "can make things right." Since I was committed to working with this doctor, I gladly complied, mentioning some concerns over scheduling snafus so that we could get off on a good start, with mutually clear expectations. To be fair, one of the scheduling snafus was a mistake on my part; the others involved misunderstandings. It was then that I was dismissed from the practice, because I complained "after just one appointment." I was referred to a dentist who is retired. I apologized for the misremembering and misunderstanding and begged for a redo. I am still mystified why the office would ask for feedback after one appointment only to punish someone for complying with that request, and I would suggest that future patients ignore the request.
