About this clinic
Rheumatology & Wellness, a regenerative-medicine clinic in Fresno, offers platelet-rich plasma therapy and IV infusion therapy alongside musculoskeletal ultrasound and ultrasound-guided joint injections. The practice focuses on arthritis and autoimmune conditions, combining orthobiologic regenerative approaches with conventional rheumatologic care. PRP injections support tissue repair in joints affected by osteoarthritis and inflammatory disease, while in-house IV therapy provides adjunctive nutritional and anti-inflammatory support. Musculoskeletal ultrasound imaging guides precise injection placement, enhancing treatment accuracy. The clinic positions itself as an integrative rheumatology practice, blending regenerative modalities with evidence-based disease management for patients seeking alternatives to purely pharmaceutical approaches.
The stars are for her front office staff, not her. Front office was 5 star. Super nice and welcoming, handled my arrival professionally and efficiently. Lobby and facility was very clean. Office was empty, no patients there at all. One front office person and the Dr. I waited 15 min past my appointment time, asked the front desk lady if I would be seen. I had to leave work for this appt & needed to get back. She went to talk to Dr, then took me back to the room. I waited another 15 min. I'm now 30 min past my appointment time, already having arrived 10 min early. I went and said something to front desk again. Waited another 10 minutes, a full 40 minutes past my appointment time to be seen. Again, no one was in the office! I could hear her in there on the phone, so maybe phone appointments that day? Who knows.
Dr finally comes in, acts as if I'm there as her inconvenience. No apology, no explanation. I was referred by my GP due to elevated ANA results & having joint pain. She took my family history, said I likely have arthritis starting and scheduled me for follow-up in 6 months. Strangest visit I've ever had. Didn't even feel like I was speaking to a real Dr. I won't go back and do not recommend.

Wow! I got very sick on the day of my appointment like vomiting etc, and could not make it to my appt! They now will not see me at all
because of a missed appointment! I wasn't even an established patient yet.
The lack of empathy and understanding is such a huge red flag! They literally made me feel like a child
and stated I could have called anytime during the day! I literally was so sick that was the last thing on my mind I was trying to survive!

Dr Virk Dulai is the best rheumatologist I have ever had. She listens. She thinks it all over. She has helped me more for my conditions than most and does not rush me out the door. I have always been treated good by the staff. I am always comfortable knowing I am in her care.

I don’t even want to give her 1 star...I wouldn’t take my worst enemy to see Dr. Virk Dulai. First of all, it’s all about money and more money for her. She and her staff are very difficult to work with. After seeing her PA, Leah, Agreeing with my rapid crippling progression, told me she’d support me on filing for disability. Soon after, Leah quit, and Dr Virk Dulai refuses to see me or talk with me about helping me with the disability forms. I drove the 1-hour from Chowchilla, into her office 3-times with my disability forms for her to just sign. She refused every time to even talk to me. They have cancelled 2-appointments I made to talk to her about it. She refuses and doesn’t have the courage to even explain to me why. Very unprofessional and unethical. My current RA doctor also said that her treatment to me is very unethical as a doctor. Please, take my advice, . Go...run...run...to someone else!!

Worst customer service I have ever received. The doctor was always nice when I would see her. However, her staff should not be allowed to work with the public. I will be taking my business elsewhere. My primary care had to get my RX from her authorized even though they should have had it done three months prior. They didn’t even fill out the forms properly. Only to then wash their hands of treating me with the medication and wanted my primary to take care of it. When a patient goes to the specialist they expect professionalism not petty attitudes from front office staff who should thank those who helped get their job done since apparently they couldn’t handle it.Extremely childish.
