I recently had a outpatient surgery at Washington Outpatient Surgery Center in Fremont, CA. The staff from receptionist to recovery were a pleasure to meet and interact with. Dr. Argawal first met me in presurgery. He thoughly explained the procedure with confidence and made sure any questions were answered. He performed my surgery and Dr. Argawal, myself and all his assistance were upbeat and shared joyful conversations. This, by far, has been the best medically experience I have ever had. Dr. Kaveeshvar has been tremendous in my car accident injury recovery! At each meeting, whether remote or in-person, you feel heard and your concerns validated. I'll guarantee that you walk away impressed by his medical knowledge and high level of patient care. An added bonus, this practice does treat patients on medical lien. Although he is a neurologist and pain management doctor, he is extremely careful and conservative in his treatment recommendations. The industry standard seems to be spinal nerve block injections to address chronic pain, Dr. Kaveeshvar recognizes both the strengths and limitations of this approach, as well as the efficacy of holistic treatments (such as: acupuncture, supplements, physical therapy, massage therapy). I particularly appreciated this because prefer more natural treatments that are less likely to have severe side effects or long term impact. Lastly, a big shout out to Andrea, Dr. Kaveeshvar's right hand lady! She recognizes the sensitivity needed in treating injury patients, the urgency of processing medical orders, and the flexibility need in scheduling! Way to go, SynergexMed! I went and had my PRP shot done in my lower back, with Dr P. Chopra on August 17, 2023. This was one of the best services that I’ve ever had in life I’ve had three PRP shots, one in my left shoulder, one in the back of my neck, and the last one was in my lower back the lower back, from the receptionist the anesthesia all the nurses in where they Did the procedure to the recovery room they had all the patients and their family members that came with them in there laughing not thinking about the procedure that we were getting ready to have. Once we did have it they sit there with us they talk to us they made sure we were comfortable Dr.P Chopra she was so fantastic she went from asking me questions that none of the other doctors asked me when I got my PRP shot. They just did the procedure no questions asked what ever where the paperwork said to give me the shot that was it. No regards on how I felt no concern about how I was getting home who is picking me up and I did drive one time Dr Chopra she talk to me she asked me where was the pain that she asked me not only my lower back she asked me what about my legs and I was like yes I do have pains in my legs and I have pains in my foot and she was like that’s cirrhotic nerve and so she said we’re going to do it to where it gets all the way down from your lower back to your foot after that procedure. I rested that Thursday all day I woke up that Friday morning, I got on my. Pro Form Elliptical I exercise for 30 minutes on there and then I went outside something that could not have done but could do because of that PRP shot because of all the pain that I have been in the sleepless nights that I have been going through since my accident occurred back in October 2022 I exercise and walked something that I hadn’t done and I’m a person that I luv exercising I hadn’t done it I walked for almost 3 miles up and down hills came back and still had a lot of energy left I sleep all the way through the night I do not had to take any sleeping pills to go to sleep anymore.. . I just want to thank Dr. Chopra and her fantastic staff for all the help and work that they did for me they were supportive they were giggly. They were happy , Dr Chopra and her staff made sure that someone was picking me up. They took his number and had him to sign papers and when I was finished, they called him and made sure I got in the car. They asked me was that him I told the yes. This is the best experience I could have a had and I will tell anyone go to the clinic talk to this Dr P. Chopra and her staff you will not be disappointed at all.
