I can’t put into words how thankful I am for the incredible experience I had with Dr. John Moos at The Sanctuary. From the very start, I felt a sense of calm and safety that allowed me to fully open up to the process and his way of treatment. I have had ketamine therapy before, so I'm not a newbie, and his approach is unlike any others. Dr. Moos made sure to take the time to understand me as a person, not just as a patient, which made a huge difference in my comfort level. He explained everything clearly and thoroughly. He really listens, which I think is rare in the medical field. His approach was both professional and deeply compassionate, making me feel like I was in the best hands possible. As for the treatment itself, I can honestly say it was a game-changer. Dr. Moos has this rare ability to make you feel safe and comfortable, allowing you to open up and fully embrace the therapy. John is an extremely thoughtful, patient, and knowledgeable practitioner. He took the time to answer any questions I had about the process, made me feel safe + comfortable, and created an environment where I felt cared for and at ease. He's a wealth of knowledge from various fields and truly cares about everyone he sees! I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to learn more about themselves, work through issues, or gain a clearer view of their place in the world. 10/10!
