I recently received PRF treatment for my under eyes, smile lines, and lips, and I’m really happy with the results! My skin looks fresher and more youthful, especially under my eyes where I used to look tired. The treatment was gentle, and I appreciated how professional and informative the staff was throughout the process. The clinic was clean, quiet, and very welcoming. I love coming to Tiara! I come here for the vampire facial (microneedling PRP). The girls make me feel so so comfortable from checking in, the actual procedure, and walking out. I’m anxious about getting my blood drawn and I always let them know, so they’re extra gentle with me and it makes me feel so at ease. Highly recommend! Update 10/20 for my third appt w Tiara: My fiancée and I both got PRP facials at tiara skin and hair, and we had such an amazing time! The nurses were so lovely, friendly, professional, informative, and really talented at their technique during the actual procedures. I'm scared of needles, but wanted to treat myself to these procedures for our upcoming wedding, and after telling the staff about my fear, the nurses and owner were extra gentle with me, made me feel so comfortable, and made my whole experience enjoyable. The PRP microneedling for us included a blood draw, 15 min wait with numbing cream on while the PRP gets ready, the actual procedure, a sheet face mask (feels extra good after the microneedling), and all done! I also chose to do a NCTF Chanel treatment for the first time! That was more painful just because it's direct injections onto the face but again, the staff made sure I was as comfortable as possible throughout and I was really glad to have done it! I would recommend this clinic to anyone and everyone. We hope to bring our friends and family back because we love the service, staff, prices so much!

Had a great experience! It was my wife’s third PRP facial and my first time. I never have done anything like this before and never planned to but the staff was so kind, knowledgeable, and professional. After seeing how well everything was going with my wife, I was able to try it out too. My wife raves about them and now I understand why! Would recommend for their great service and great prices.

I had 4 microneedling sessions w/ prp. The first three were great and I saw good results. The nurses were very friendly and gentle. As for the last one, it was a very bad experience. Even as they were doing it, I felt like the technique was so different that I had asked “is it okay to do these deep strokes without lifting the dermapen, wouldn’t it scar?”, I was assured it wouldn’t be a problem. The healing process was horrid, my skin felt completely different than the last three times, I had already formed scabs and my face was already showing signs of infection by the evening. I was panicking, reached out to them, they were very kind and told me to just follow some after-care protocols. I had constantly sent them pictures and told them it felt different than the others and that it might have been a wrong technique. After few assurances, they said it wouldnt be their fault if my skin reacted differently. But I waited like they had asked, for over a month and my indentations on my face were only getting bad, you could see from my scabs pictures. They checked in and I told them that it still has not improved. They apologized but said that I might need further treatment. I had asked for a complimentary evaluation of the damage and possibly treatment to which I got no response. I reached out to Groupon and Groupon refuses to give full refund for the last session because the merchant refuses to take accountability for the damage. I had no problems with my first three treatments and they were definitely kind but the last one was unprofessional and did not feel like they addressed my issues or concerns adequately. I had to get treated elsewhere. It’s a hit or miss. I’m leaving a review just for people to be cautious of who you choose to touch your face. Edit: there was no prior warning to anything nor was I told that MY SKIN was on the tougher side. I was the one that gave feedback. I have pictures to prove the difference in your own treatment. I can bring up clinical procedures that the healing process was definitely not normal. I had been true in giving an honest review of my experience, that you did reach out, you are trying to underplay your negligence in proper practice. I do not wish to post pictures here because the scabbing looks nasty and infected. I know the difference. I had different providers 3 times, the last one definitely did not do it right. I know that for a fact. I had no problems with your other treatment.

Wonderful team here, pleasant experience with the procedure. Would definitely recommend anyone looking to boost their rejuvenation for PRP Microneedling. Communication was on point and made sure I was comfortable at all times 🙌🙏
