Dr. V and his kind and caring team (Jo and Joanna) have gone above and beyond in helping me through my recent health setbacks. Dr. V is incredibly knowledgable and always takes his time to clearly explain my conditions in a way I can understand. He is the best listener and genuinely wants to get to the root of the problem before discussing treatment options. I really appreciate his cautious approach and only prescribes medications that are absolutely necessary for my recovery. I don't know what I would do without his consistent help and advice. He's simply the best! I must also mention his beautiful, sweet dog Enzo that sits by side every time I am in the office. He always looks up at me and offers me his paw to silently tell me that everything is going to be ok.

Absolutely first rate! I was able to schedule an appointment quickly and was seen immediately upon arriving. Dr. Viglioni is one of a very few number of MD's in the country who has expertise in performing a procedure that uses a specialized device that is newly approved by the FDA to measure bone strength. I wanted this test done to help me decide about the best course of treatment to follow. Dr. Viglioni LISTENED to all of my concerns and took time to discuss each concern and provided superlative care. I have been a nurse for over 40 years and have very high standards for medical care and this practice basically exceeded my expectations. I could not have been happier with the entire experience. His office nurse Mary is delightful...efficient, friendly, skillful, and caring. the office is comfortable and Covid safety protocols are utilized to assure a "safe" visit. I feel very comfortable trusting this team with my medical care.

I got a Bone Score test at Montecito Concierge Medicine recently. From my first phone call to set up the appointment, to being tested and learning my Bone Score, it was a great experience. A tiny sensation from the local anesthesia, but even that was much less than usual because Dr. Viglione used a tiny needle. The test itself was completely painless and there was no pain afterwards. I was so happy to learn my bone score and discuss it with Dr. Viglione. It told me that, in addition to the bone loss I already knew about, my bone quality was low because my bone was soft. This is the information I needed to decide to take Prolia to improve my bones. I am an inventor of the technology and can attest that Dr. Viglione used it perfectly! He and his nurse Mary Sidavanh made it one of the most pleasant doctor’s visits I can recall.
