About this clinic

California Sports and Orthopaedic, a regenerative medicine clinic in Orinda, focuses on orthopaedic and sports-medicine conditions affecting the hip, knee, shoulder, and other joints. The practice offers advanced regenerative therapies alongside conventional orthopaedic surgery, fracture care, and physical therapy. Regenerative modalities include platelet-rich plasma and other orthobiologic treatments designed to support tissue repair in soft-tissue and joint injuries. Radiofrequency ablation and IPL are available for selected pain and tissue-management indications. Treatment plans combine regenerative and surgical approaches as appropriate to each patient's presentation, positioning the clinic as a comprehensive resource for athletes and active patients pursuing both acute injury management and longer-term functional restoration.

Awful. The doctors here are negligent, incompetent, and unqualified; frankly, they should have their licensing revoked.

Brad Stoneman · October 26th, 2025

The entrance is at the southeast corner of the building, ground level. Everyone starting with the receptionist communicated clearly, and was patient, and thorough. I loved chatting with Alex. And Jane the Physician Assistant works hard to provide a thorough diagnosis, prevention, and physical rehabilitation referrals. Thanks CSAO!

Had a bone marrow extraction here. Dr. Roghair made the process almost painless and I was out in 20 minutes.
