Being educated by and cared for by Dr Ashton Peroni changed my life in significantly positive ways. We met at a local chamber gathering of business women. After hearing about how she collaborates with people, I decided to go outside of my health care plan to get a higher level of personal care. Ashton utilized a comprehensive intake form before we even met for our first appointment to learn about me and my goals for my health. She listened closely to me as I explained that I want to prevent diseases or delay their onset whenever possible. I asked Ashton to educate me on the various ways that I can accomplish this important task. She suggested a diagnostic gut health test and we learned a lot from the results that I could utilize to heal my gut and keep it healthy. Ashton reviewed my blood work and understands my family history as well as my lifestyle. She looked at the supplements that I was taking and made suggestions and gave me access to quality supplements. We talked about bone health and Ashton suggested a book to me that is very helpful. I highly recommend Ashton because she listens deeply and without judgement. If she did not already know the answer, she researched the issue to provide answers to all of my questions. Ashton expressed her genuine care for me and supported me throughout the time we worked together giving me praise when I acheived my goal as well as working through stumbling blocks when I did not. Ashton's heartfelt approach in combination with her extensive knowledge makes her an amazing doctor and patient advocate.
