Thomas has been a great help for me and my relationship with my wife and child. Anxiety and depression were taking a hold over my life and through therapy with Thomas, I have been learning to cope with both. His thoughts on the way I perceived my own actions has helped me realize that my emotions are valid but there are ways to openly talk about them before it gets out of hand. His recommendation for medication was something I didn't really ever need but has now helped me in ways I couldn't imagine. Not only is he a great and compassionate therapist, he's also a great human being.
