I am an avid runner, had arthroscopic surgery and after 5 months I still wasn't able to get my knee to feel quite right. I had a PRP injection at Optimal and 3 -4 weeks my started to feel normal again. At six weeks, I ran a half marathon without any knee issues! I have been running since. I would look into the BEFORE surgery. Great staff, definitely would recommend!

Dr. Sara and the Optimal Health and Wellness team are my Naturopathic earth angels. After the recent discovery of an autoimmune disease following a significant knee surgery, I was feeling absolutely terrible - probably the worst I've ever felt in my life. I was previously seeing another naturopathic doctor who was great, but didn't thoroughly test or treat my condition. After going around in circles, I finally got a second opinion from Dr. Sara, and WOW. Her focus on not just treating the problem, but finding the root cause of it, uncovered that I had Lyme (and co-infections), Bartonella, chronic Strepp, and EBV. First of all, her approach and testing was incredibly thorough - none like I had ever seen before (and I've seen a few naturopathic doctors over the years) which was amazing; but her treatment approach was incredibly comprehensive, thorough, and personalized. She pulled out all the stops for my treatment, ensuring all of my systems were supported during the process, being readily available to answer any questions I had, and adapting treatment as needed. Don't get me wrong, Lyme disease treatment is certainly no picnic, but I have absolutely no doubt that this is the best it possibly could have been. She was also great with recommending certain peptides and other treatments for my recent knee surgery - which is another thing they're great at and am excited to explore more. It's been about three months since starting treatment and I'm starting to feel better than I ever have! I'm starting to finally feel like I have my old life back and like my most vibrant self again. It's funny how you don't know how sick you've been until you start to feel well again. I am beyond grateful for Dr. Sara and her team, and without hesitation recommend everyone to her. The battle with the stupid Lymies is not over, but Dr. Sara has given me my life back and I am eternally grateful.

Dr. Lee is a legend! I received care for severe chemical sensitivities and he helped me change my diet and habits in ways that have truly transformed me. Not only are me reactions less severe but many other aspects of my physiology are greatly improved. I have so much respect for this business and can assure you they will help you feel better, even if it's in ways you didn't expect.

I definitely have an appreciation for Optimal Health and Wellness. I came here after developing many Long Covid symptoms and my traditional doctors offered me nothing to help. I did one of their detoxes which I really enjoyed and also was prescribed some helpful supplements. While these offered some slight relief in the moment, I am far from cured which is not at all the fault of this clinic as it’s such an unknown disease. I did find the amount of things that were prescribed to be very overwhelming and felt they weren’t prescribed with much caution. I definitely had to do some of my own research to know what risks were for what was being prescribed. I did a vitamin and laser IV which was fascinating but also a little scary for someone who’s consistently experiencing changing symptoms. If anything it made me feel worse. I was also recently prescribed and antidepressant from another doctor which is not supposed to be mixed with the IV I had. Luckily I did that research beforehand and waited to take my prescription until after. I also started taking a binder which added more fun symptoms which I wasn’t warned about. I would definitely come here again but like I mentioned, do your research and take lots of notes as it’s an overload of information.

Dr. Lee is nothing short of a genius. I was experiencing vertigo symptoms and had seen at least three other doctors for this issue. While the other Drs I saw didn’t seem overly concerned about my blood test results, Dr. Lee took the time to go through them and found that some of the results could actually be the culprit behind my vertigo. I had an IV the same day as my cousultation and left feeling better. By the next day, I was significantly better and for the first time in three months was able to sleep on my left side again. After a different IV the following week and some supplements at home I am on the road to a complete recovery. I forgot it was possible to feel this well physically again! My energy is up, I’m smiling again, I think clearly and I’m no longer in a constant state of coping with various body issues. Thank you Dr. Lee!
