Renew is one of the first recovery spas I've experienced and I fell in love on the first visit! I love the quality and cleanliness of the facility and equipment. I love the friendliness and knowledge of the staff and how luxurious it feels to use the space. The cold plunge and the infrared sauna are my favorite treatments!! The light stim bed is a close 2nd; I always feel so warm and cozy after that! And I love that Valerie has a lot of great supplemental products that I know and trust up front for purchase. Going there is like a full body reset and I wish I could get over there more often!

Renew is the best Local family owned wellness center in the valley. They have been pivotal to my success and development as a professional boxer. From prevention to post injury recovery, Renew covers you. The hospitality is always top tier and Valerie is always so flexible to help with any budget. My favorite combo is the MIGHTY stack, Mild hyperbaric chamber, red light and cold plunge. These are game changers and essential for the longevity for anyone!
