This company has the worst communication. Don’t bother booking an appointment online. Nobody checks it and nobody follows up, So therefore, there is no appointment. I have left NUMEROUS voicemails with no return calls. I just called and waited 15 minutes for someone to come on the line and still she transferred me leave another voicemail. Worst customer service ever. Unfortunately, I have Kaiser Permanente and this is where they make you go.

I have been coming to Dr. Jacome for probably about eight years now two times a year. Every visit has always been pleasant punctual and always with a successful outcome. It is made a huge change in my overall health and they make sure you always qualify for the procedures by doing blood tests when needed.
