This company has the worst communication. Don’t bother booking an appointment online. Nobody checks it and nobody follows up, So therefore, there is no appointment. I have left NUMEROUS voicemails with no return calls. I just called and waited 15 minutes for someone to come on the line and still she transferred me leave another voicemail. Worst customer service ever. Unfortunately, I have Kaiser Permanente and this is where they make you go.

I have been coming to Dr. Jacome for probably about eight years now two times a year. Every visit has always been pleasant punctual and always with a successful outcome. It is made a huge change in my overall health and they make sure you always qualify for the procedures by doing blood tests when needed. I have and I will continue to recommend friends and acquaintances to check them out. You won't be disappointed! Bob.

I have been using the EMS Chair successfully for a few weeks and have noticed good improvement in the strength of my pelvic floor muscles. This treatment is non-invasive and painless; so much better than having surgery to correct uterine or bladder prolapse. The treatments are only 30 minutes and you can read and relax in comfortable surroundings while the electromagnetic waves do the work of restoring pelvic floor function. I highly recommend giving it a try!
