If you’re seeking a great orthopedic surgeon then I recommend Dr. Greg Takenishi from Sacramento Orthopedic. My experience has gone well beyond expectations, as everything since my rotator cuff surgery has gone smoothly and well ahead of schedule (2 less weeks wearing my sling 24/7), along with my physical therapy sessions. Just can’t thank Dr. Takenishi enough for his expertise & interactions. It’s been a very pleasant experience!!!

Dr. Takenishi has been so great with my torn hamstring injury! He is friendly and knowledgeable, and I feel very comfortable during my appointments. He suggested the PRP injection to me as an alternative to surgery for a chronic injury, in case its outcome allows me to avoid surgery. I live out of the area, and he and his staff have been very accommodating with my appointments. I highly recommend Dr. Takenishi if you or someone you know is in need an orthopedic surgeon!!

I had shoulder surgery in May, less than 6 months ago. Doctor Takenishi is excellent. The surgery went great. I didn't have a hospital stay. My shoulder feels good works great. He did a great job. Their staff was very friendly and I did my physical therapy, which helped a lot in the recovery process.

Great doctors and staff! So happy with my daughter’s care and how we were treated and taken care of. She had PRP injections and it was amazing! Her shoulder is healed and she is back to the sport she loves with no pain. We are thankful for all that Dr Takenishi has done for our daughter in her health journey.
