My husband made an appointment quickly, and it was close to our home. We prepaid on line. I was treated very professionally and courteously by Ray ( the guy who swabbed my nose), but there was no record of having prepaid. Since we needed the results for work, my husband paid again. I got my(negative, thank goodness) results very quickly. Ray made a note of having prepaid and then paying again. We are keeping our fingers crossed that we will be reimbursed for the double payment. Just wanted to update--I called Nadia right after I posted this review and she sent a refund in less than two minutes. Awesome!

GREAT SERVICE! Don’t go anywhere else! Earlier in the year, I paid online at another competitor and their website and system were really bad. They ended up charging my card and no appointment was secured. Repeat calls to “Customer Service” were ignored. Ray And Nadia were fast, on point and had their act together! Any questions were promptly answered and they were very polite. Ray was awesome and did such a great job in making me feel relaxed while he did the test. It’s pretty quick and painless. I was nervous and he just reminded me to breathe and it was over in less than a minute and he did a great job. Results back in less than 30. Yay for negative and peace of mind! Thank you!!!!!

If you need to get tested for COVID this is the place to go! The staff was friendly, courteous, fast, and professional. I was met with kindness and they take the time to walk you through the process and answer any questions you have. My daughter and I had to get tests done to attend a concert in LA and was greeted by Ray who super informative and friendly and went above and beyond to accelerate our test results. Lisa who took our test was so nice and kind making the experience even better. We got our results that day at midnight which was sooner than I expected. I highly recommend this place!
