⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Recovery Zone – San Mateo Wow — what an amazing experience! I spent 30 minutes in the 165° sauna followed by a 10-minute cold plunge in the 37° tub, and my body feels absolutely rejuvenated and refreshed. It was exactly what I needed after a couple of long training blocks leading up to my marathon. The setup was clean, professional, and well-maintained, and the staff made the whole visit smooth and relaxing. I left feeling brand new and ready to crush race week. Highly recommend Recovery Zone to anyone serious about recovery, performance, or just taking care of their body. Let’s go! 🏃🔥❄️

I've been meaning to write a review since the day I spoke to the owner, Marcie, about the best package for me. I've been dealing with serious health issues and Marcie was very knowledgeable, attentive, and helpful in offering me the package I could afford and also would help me heal. My visits to the wellness center have been nothing, but great. The staff is friendly, the place is clean and the machines are potent. Following a holistic lifestyle is a value of mine and I'm incredibly grateful to have found Recover Zone. I highly recommend you try the infrared sauna, red light therapy and HOCATT as it does wonders for your body!

I was so excited to find a place to do infrared sauna, cold plunges, and red light therapy, since all had been recommended to me. Having done none of the therapies before, I appreciated the staff for their kindness and for walking me through the process for each therapy.
