Regina is truly a gentle soul who sees and honors the heart of who you are. From the very first session, I felt deeply seen—not just for my circumstances, but for my spirit. I was referred to her by a friend because of my breast cancer history and Regina’s work around energy and illness, and I’m so grateful I followed that recommendation. Each session leaves me more aware of the past emotions that have been quietly holding me back from healing. She helps me uncover and understand how those stored emotions have impacted my life, my body, and my ability to fully move forward. Through our work together, I’m learning to release what no longer serves me and reconnect with the truth that I am a divine being—loved, held, and worthy of healing. I leave every session feeling lighter, clearer, and less tethered to my past. My goal is to live fully disconnected from old emotional patterns and rooted in my truth—my birthright—and Regina creates a compassionate and intentional space that supports that journey. She is gentle, kind, intuitive, and deeply intentional with my care. I’m incredibly grateful for her presence and the healing work we’re doing together.

I visited Regina twice and was delighted with the space and guidance she provides.
