Sara is the best! Started going to her almost 10 years ago for a haircut and have stayed with her as she transitioned to total hair and scalp health. She has really helped me monitor the health of my hair and keep everything as good as possible. The liver detox with Jess is also absolutely worth doing. It sounds scary but one week is great for a system reset and to feel better. Definitely go to Sara for all hair concerns!

I cannot recommend Ame enough. Sara the owner is genuinely passionate about scalp and hair care and has taught me so much since I started going to her. Her staff is a delight when I get my treatments. My hair is starting to look fuller again and grow! I also appreciated that Sara looks at the whole issue. Not just what your scalp looks like but what can lead to your loss etc. She recommended I work with Jess Kirby who is all about functional health. My husband and I did a guided 7 day liver detox through Ame with Jess. We appreciated the dedicated time Jess gave us. Not only did I see a shift for the good in my hormone numbers but I also dropped 12 lbs and felt a shift in my overall appetite!

I’ve noticed such an amazing difference since starting treatments at Ted Alma Hair. My hair is growing faster, shedding less, and the overall quality has improved so much.
