I had a wonderful experience with the NOVA and Myriam truly made the difference. From the moment I arrived, she was welcoming, knowledgeable, and incredibly attentive. She took the time to explain the process clearly, made sure I was comfortable the entire session, and checked in regularly. The chamber itself was clean, calming, and very well maintained. I recently completed a session at Nova Hyperbaric and I can't recommend this place highly enough. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel completely at ease. I was a bit nervous about my first "dive" (that's what they call going into the chamber), especially since I'd heard stories about ear pressure or feeling claustrophobic. But the team took the time to explain every step in detail, answered all my questions patiently, and even showed me the clear acrylic chamber beforehand. Once inside, it felt surprisingly relaxing—like lying in a quiet, high-tech pod. The pressure changes were gentle and no worse than takeoff/landing on a plane; they coached me through equalizing my ears perfectly. Nova is great and their hyperbaric chambers are top notch. It was my first time doing HBOT and was doing it for surgery. They are very comfortable and relaxing, loved it. Miriam is amazing and even worked around my schedule to make sure I can get my sessions in on time.
