Temecula Neurofeedback

Temecula Neurofeedback is great! Deanne & Bennett really have an awesome system going on at their clinic and and a great program to offer. As someone who struggles with ADHD, OCD and depression, I noticed a significant improvement in symptoms. Together coupled with the life coaching that they now offer it really helped me a lot. I plan on picking up more sessions in the future when I have some more time. I highly recommend them if you are struggling with any mental health disorders, especially ADHD & OCD which are some of the more stubborn disorders. Neurofeedback is a unique approach and really does wonders. Do yourself a favor and give them a shot, I can't recommend them enough!

Temecula Neurofeedback has been the best thing to happen for me! This therapy has quite literally saved me. I am 34 and have been diagnosed with depression, generalized anxiety, social anxiety, OCD, ADHD, learning disabilities, and tic disorder. My entire life has been a fight to survive and get through day by day. These symptoms have been absolutely debilitating. Throughout my life I have been on many medications, done CBT and talk therapy through Kaiser, but nothing has made a big difference and helped me like this therapy has! Neurofeedback truly has been a game changer for me and this state of the art therapy is the only one out there that can actually help you change your own brainwave activity and help better regulate your brain! That in itself is absolutely amazing and unlike anything else out there. I started my first session back in june 2025 after I hit rock bottom again and knew if I didn't do something different to help me I wasn't going to make it, quite literally. My quality of life felt so poor as my symptoms were so severe and all consuming. Since then I have completed over 30 sessions and I haven't felt this much calm, quiet, and peace in my head since I was a child. The internal dialogue that plagued me 24/7 has quieted down tremendously! My brain and body is no longer in a constant state of flight or fight and I haven't felt this relaxed in ages. My obsessive thoughts and anxiety is so much less and I am better able to self regulate more efficiently. Life feels a lot more manageable now and I feel more hopeful for the future than I ever have! Deanne and Bennett are absolutely amazing people who are so knowledgeable and compassionate. I love my sessions with both of them as they each bring something different to the table. I can't recommend Temecula Neurofeedback enough!

Temecula Neurofeedback has been amazing! The team is so kind, professional, and patient - they really take the time to understand you and make you feel cared for. The treatment has truly worked for us, and we've seen real progress since starting. My son has showed significant improvement in all areas. We have tried it all and nothing has helped until now.
