Kind people. Quick response. They’re getting more done with my health in 2 months than Kaiser Permanente did in 2 years (technically longer). I’m already seeing improvement in the regimen Optimal You’s Dr Sharon placed me on while KP was still taking 1-3 months to get me in to run partial blood work and tests with no answers. I’m really appreciative and Blessed to be finding answers with a plan.

Caring, compassionate providers of alternative healthcare. My experience with Sharon Ackerman and support staff has been 100% positive. Sharon is a very caring practitioner who listens, doesn’t interrupt and offers insight into how hormones function (or don’t) and how it affects your body systems and health. First time I’ve ever had someone listen to ALL of my concerns and provide suggestions for wellness. No unnecessary tests, you’re given options and in control of your treatment, unlike traditional medicine.
