My husband, had an appointment scheduled with this psychiatrist. On the very same day, the office canceled his appointment with no notice. He had rearranged his work schedule to be able to attend, only to be told he couldn't be seen because he is currently under the care of another psychiatrist and takes a medication they do not provide. Even after he explained that he was seeking a second opinion and still wanted to keep the appointment, the office refused and canceled on him anyway. This was extremely disappointing and disrespectful. People seek psychiatric care because they need support. Patients deserve more professionalism, transparency, and compassion--especially

I’m on my session 9, so far everything is going well, I was told that it takes at least 20 sessions to feel a shift. I really like this office though, everyone is super nice, it’s really cozy and cute here. My tech Casey is great, she explains everything really well, and always gives you heads up of what is going to happen next. Also I was able to change schedule/timing of my appointment a day before with no issues which I really appreciate. Highly recommend to check them out. Will write again once I’m done with my 36 sessions:)

I would first like to say I love my psychiatrist and the my patient care coordinator but today was the day that broke my back. I came in to do a follow up and I saw a charge of my card run by them I notified the front desk that i should be covered do to my insurance she said you have a copay due to insurance I then looked in my email and found the form and asked if they saw that in my email and the front desk didn’t even check my chart which was furstarting, I contacted the overall office and they were able to identify my form was never uploaded into the system and after that they fixed other issues with my account such as billing codes which would have been caught if the front desk had actually looked but I felt that after today I was just a face and not a human in that office so I ended my care maybe you will have better luck than I did
