Dr Borden, Josh, and the team have given me excellent care. They were very forthcoming with me about the severity of my knee injury and what was needed to be done to correct the issue. The staff is excellent and the office is very well run.

HANDS DOWN A TERRIBLE PRACTICE!!!!!! I WILL NEVER RETURN! RUN FROM THIS PLACE. Customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. I called 20 times in a row to get someone on the phone for over a week. It's alarming that they run a business this way. The customer service rep Gina had an attitude the whole time when they made the mistake!!!! They lost are chart, notes and booked a phony follow up appointment (when we already had one the week before). They were suppose to schedule the surgery not another follow up appointment. Everyone is the office had no idea what was going on. To make matters worse they gaslite us into making it our mistake. On top of that.... Dr. Fabio Proano took over a month to schedule a surgery and just wanted to keep collecting the check for follow up appointments. After our follow up appointment (which was over a week ago), they said they submitted it to insurance. I called my insurance company today and it turns out that today was the day they actually submitted things (after my 20 phones calls). They lied and insurance showed me the proof and the paper trail. You cannot treat patients this way, especially when they are in pain. You have to be honest and say we made a mistake and we are going to make it right. We let them know from the beginning that his pain was unbearable and they don't care. If you care about your health and most important your mental health...stay away.

This office is a joke, I will not suggest to go near them. I was in the hands of doctor Fabian Proano and I officially wasted a month and a half and been given the runaround for surgery when they never submitted the approval to the Insurance. They scheduled an appointment for me, they didn't give me any information, I did not go on my work trip, thinking that it was going to be the actual surgery, but instead, they didn't even know what the appointment was for, I wasn't sent any instruction, or anything at all. Now we are closed to the end of the year and I'm not able to do the surgery anymore. The customer service are just so bad, they didn't take any accountability for anything, this is the worst practice ever I will not advise anyone to go to this office. Sylvia is the one I spoke on the phone with, and she did not take any accountability, but almost laughed at everything. Do yourself a favor go somewhere else all the reviews are correct on Google. Shame on this practice 0 stars
