I think the things you should consider in a Doctor is someone with a good heart, professional, skillful, good track record, has excellent patient care and has genuine concern for his patients. Also, care team is responsive esp on urgent matters, most of all kind and respectful. Being in Dr. Shamloo's care I see all this. 💯💚 They do not dismiss your pain but hear you out, address the concern and take necessary actions esp urgent ones. No time wasted waiting they get things going esp urgent matters. Even the surgical facility where Doctor Shamloo does his procedure have excellent, professional, skillful people, clean facility and will truly make you feel safe and comfortable. I honestly can’t thank Dr. Shamloo and Skye enough for everything they’ve done for me. From the very first visit, they made me feel comfortable, listened to my concerns, and truly cared about helping me manage my pain. Dr. Shamloo is incredibly knowledgeable, and Skye is always so kind and supportive. After struggling with pain, I finally feel like I’m getting my life back. Highly recommend them both!

Very friendly personnel. I was attended promptly by the staff. Quickly and efficiently. I was recommended the necessary medication according to my needs with instructions and directions to the nearest pharmacy. Parking is available at the building next door with first hour free and the option to pay $7 after that. Clean facilities and the concierge staff helped me find the right building (one is west and this one is east). Not difficult at all. Thank you for your great service!
