Khronology Functional Wellness

I started going here for a woman’s circle and it was so much fun doing all sorts of different activities and meeting new people. I have attended yoga, meditation and sound along with all day events to increase my awareness on so many topics. I have had massages and have taken fitness classes with both Stevie and Will who are the kindest genuine people I’ve met. I had a lot of health issues and a heart attack at age 54 and knew something needed to change. I worked with Stevie for a few month on an elimination diet to see what foods may be bothering me and really started feeling better. Not only did Stevie help me with my diet she was always there for any questions I had and explained them in terms I could understand. Stevie and Will run a business but they take it 10 steps further with the comfort and care they provide to make you feel like part of their family l. I highly recommend reaching out as they have so much to offer for everyone.

I've been seeing Stevie for a long time now, and I can honestly say she is absolutely amazing. Her massage sessions are next-level—she incorporates range of motion exercises and targeted stretches that relieve so much tension and keep my body feeling balanced. With monthly preventative and maintenance sessions, I’ve noticed a huge difference in how I move and feel day to day. My husband recently started going as well, and he's already experiencing the benefits. When we first began, we also went through Stevie and Will's nutrition and fitness program, and it was incredibly helpful. It gave us both so much clarity on what to put in our bodies to fuel them properly, and the workouts were thoughtfully personalized to our goals and lifestyles. The workout sessions were fun and engaging being able to do them with my husband. The combination of massage, movement, and mindful wellness support has been a game changer for us. I had a wonderful massage with Stevie at Khronology Functional Wellness, and it was exactly what I needed as a new mom. She created such a calming and welcoming space where I could truly relax and reset. Stevie worked through the tension in my shoulders with so much care and intention. I didn’t realize how much I was holding until it started to melt away. I left feeling loose, recharged, and so much lighter.
