Leah and the entire staff make you feel like family. It’s hard to find a provider that actually listens to everything you say, and remembers everything at each appointment. Finding the right treatment plan for chronic pain is of the upmost priority here without any ounce of stigma chronic pain patients seem to generally face, this is truly and wholly a safe place to talk about pain and to be honest and feel at ease about it. The way Leah speaks shows she really understands and truly cares, whether it’s options on medications and finances of what’s affordable always going out of her way to find affordable options without dropping plan for care, there aren’t enough synonyms for incredible to describe her. I’ve never been more grateful for any person than I am for her.

Leah Thompson is a great asset. She actually listens and you can tell she really cares about you as a whole person and not just symptoms. Always professional and personable as well. I truly appreciate her and all the staff I have worked with at Metamorphosis.

I came to Mrs Leah Thompson in late July with a tremendous amount of pain from various issues Her and her staff have been extremely patient with me as I have had 3 surgeries since our initial visit. Mrs Thompson has played an important role in my journey towards healing. I could not have gone through these surgeries without her help. She is extremely knowledgeable and is very caring. I am so thankful to her! Ty again for all your support and caring through this difficult time in my life!

I provided my insurance card at my first visit and paid my co-pay. I experienced delay after delay causing me to have to obtain my medication at the urgent twice. The second time I was advised at urgent care that they would no longer prescribe my pain medication. I left voicemails at Metamorphosis without any response. Next I would have had to go to the ER. Since I never received a call back I had to drive there to explain the problem. In addition I explained that I had already received the opioid information at a prior clinic but insisted I go though it again. My spine was fused at age 15 from T1 to L1. Therefore my neck and lower back take the brunt of everything. Over a month later I was at the clinic for 2 combined opioid information, I.e. I had to watch videos in a room by myself and the other one was talking with the nurse. Thereafter I received a bill for over $800 for 2 visits which stated 60-75 minutes. Honestly I never spent more than 10-15 minutes with the nurse practitioner. Later after multiple emails etc the clinic said I owed $260. Had they checked my insurance sooner like the other pain clinics I would only owe $40 per visit. I am elderly, disabled and on a limited income. I even took Metamorphosis to the Better Business Bureau to no avail. It is clear to me that Metamorphosis is more about excessive billing than having compassion for a patient in pain. You should be ashamed for such practices and blaming the patient due to your clinic’s ineptness and delays. If I were you I would search for another pain clinic.

Hey everyone, I am giving this facility a one star. If I could give a 0 I would. They do not answer the phone unless you call six times in a row and get on their nerves. They do not return calls. Just like all the one stars on here. I would bet that all the five stars are fakes. Just to bring their numbers up. I couldn't even become a patient because she told me they never received a referral even though I had a copy of it in my hand. So she straight out lied. Save yourself the trouble and don't waste your time. Read all the one stars. Its people saying the same thing over and over again. Will never be a patient there thank God.
