This was my first experience at this absolutely beautiful infusion center. There’s plenty of parking and I was able to grab a space right up front even though my appointment was at 9am!! Everyone is so sweet, friendly and welcoming. I was nervous to come to a new facility but Amber at the front desk and Teresa greeting me when I arrived, made the perfect first impression. My nurse Sierra was so kind, knowledgeable and welcoming that I thought I was talking with a friend. It was so easy to talk with her about my medical history and concerns. She listened attentively and didn’t rush me. I’m very thankful she was taking care of me today and am looking forward to my next visit. You have your own private room with a nice comfy recliner and offered me a heated plug-in blanket. It’s my favorite now, and I’m definitely going to be putting it on my Christmas list. They have a tv with Netflix setup and a wide variety of cold and hot drinks and snacks in the area before you head back to your room. I love the coffee selection and they have a selection of different creamers too. They have frozen popsicles and ice cream, chips, trail mix, Rice Krispie treats, cookies, crackers, and more. There’s a little bit of something for everyone plus the candy basket on the front desk is my favorite 🤩 highly recommended this facility for everyone. The calming atmosphere, friendly and knowledgeable staff is top knotch!! Thanks for making a nervous client feel like family.

My first infusion experience at Pure is a 10/10. The staff is amazing. They went above and beyond to work through a complicated insurance process to get me in the door to get my infusion on time. The suites are comfortable, quiet, and make you feel like you're at home. I am grateful my insurance company made me seek out a private infusion center for infusions instead of a hospital setting. This is a luxury infusion experience.

The staff was absolutely amazing. Very tentative. I felt like I was royalty when I was there. They have your own personal room that you get your infusion in with a La-Z-Boy for you and a really nice chair for your guest plus real heated Blankets that are fuzzy and warm and make you feel at home. You have your own TV that you can watch Netflix on which I didn’t do because I slept through most of my infusion. They also provide you snacks, beverages, and lunch if you’re there long enough. Definitely top of my list of places to go thank you to Theresa and Rachel who took care of me. They were so kind and pleasant through the entire stay and they only had to poke me once which was amazing.

My experience at Pure Infusion in Co Springs was great! The individual rooms are spacious, have large TVs ( w Netflix and Amazon Prime) and two comfortable chairs ( if you bring a friend). Tbe table next to the infusion chair has a button in case you have an emergency or you have bubbles in your tubing! The nurse was friendly and knowledgeable. I have a PORT and she accessed it like a champ. I have a lengthy infusion ( 5 hrs 20 min) and they ordered lunch for me! I don’t mean a tired bologna sandwich - I got a Vegan Buddha Bowl from Modern Market ( a $15 meal!). They do require you send them specific bloodwork before you go- make sure you ask and arrange this in advance ( esp if you have a port and need it accessed for bloodwork ). Typically I infuse at my immunologists office in Denver but I hate driving up in the winter bc of the potential for weather by the time I hit Monument. I arranged to just infuse here for a few months.However after the amazing experience here I have a feeling I’m going to stick around ( the 9 min commute was a breeze!). The only bumps were the fact that I get a drug they offer but the dosage my doctor prescribes was different. It took a few months to get things sorted out. I had an amazing woman who really fought for me - that is the norm at Pure Infusion. They are big into customer care. I felt like they really wanted my business! There are two lovely women that answer the phones and do vitals - tell them Dr Karen sent you! They went above and beyond! Great WiFi and private rooms w doors making it soundproof make it a dream if you need to zoom during your infusion! You will not be disappointed !

Theresa is great! Very welcoming and made sure we were comfortable. Rachel was so nice! Made us feel safe and comfortable as well. Very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. Great place to go for our infusion.
