230 dollars (post insurance) for a telehealth 10 minute call to tell me nothing different from what the mri results came back. Could have been a simple email, predatory. Edit - I reviewed my billing code and they charged me for 30-39 minutes! This is not an ethical business. I have been trying to get resolved for 4 months and they do not answer and when they respond on MyChart they say they will look into and then discontinue answering.

Experience with Dr. Logans office was amazing and so pleasant to deal with. From my first visit at her office and dealing with her admin. (Anna), to the day of surgery with DR. Logan and her staff assistance was effortless and flawless. There staff is lovely and would recommend this office to anyone. Looking at Dr. Logan’s resume, one would expect best in class competency, but my expectations were wildly exceeded. Technical prowess aside, Dr. Logan is a great listener, compassionate, and responsive. Would give her 6 stars if I could.
