Dr. Kaitlin has been my mom’s physical therapist for half a year and the progress is amazing. She has created a solid exercise plan (we use the app daily to make sure we are on track) and does dry needling weekly, which surprisingly have had the biggest benefit for my mom. I attend all the sessions with them and can attest that my mom just enjoys coming and actually follows Dr. Kaitlin’s advice, which does not happen often. Front desk and billing are pleasure to interact with as well!

I cannot say enough good things about Lonnie. I was referred to him by my chiropractor, Dr. Reinhardt, specifically for dry needling after several years of chronic back and neck pain with very little improvement from other treatments. I was losing hope, but was willing to give it a try after Dr. Reinhardt's recommendation whom I fully trust. From the very first session, Lonnie was incredibly knowledgeable, thoughtful, and caring. He took the time to truly understand my history, explained what he was doing and why, and made sure I felt comfortable and cared for throughout the process. The results absolutely shocked me. After just one dry needling session, I experienced relief I honestly did not think was possible. Pain I had lived with for years was suddenly gone, and I felt lighter, more flexible, and just, different. I was so overwhelmed with gratitude that I cried. That is how powerful the experience was for me. Lonnie is not just highly skilled, he is someone who genuinely wants to help people heal.
