Recovery One is awesome. Did cold plunge, sauna and red light therapy. All very rejuvenating. The equipment is all super nice and new, everyone is chill and friendly. You will feel amazing afterwards. Great atmosphere, highly recommend!

And the owner and clinicians REALLY CARE about curing you and ensuring long-term success! … I only wish I knew anout Recovery1 sooner !
