About this clinic
Klarisana, a ketamine-therapy clinic in Denver, specializes in ketamine and esketamine (Spravato) infusions for treatment-resistant depression, anxiety, PTSD, and chronic pain. The clinic combines ketamine protocols with integrative-medicine assessment, tailoring treatment plans to individual patient presentations. Ketamine therapy is positioned as an option for patients who have not responded adequately to conventional pharmaceutical or psychotherapeutic approaches, or who seek faster symptom relief during acute mental-health crises. Initial consultation includes comprehensive intake to determine candidacy and sequencing of infusions. The practice emphasizes medical supervision throughout the treatment course, with monitoring and dose adju
Misandrist. Rude staff. The medicine is good and they accept financial help from the state is the only good part and that is the one star. I cant say the same about the rotating staff they get nothing. They are unprofessional who betray trust, and break the privacy and patient trust. They constantly are changing staff especially the people you talk to and your care team especially the males dont last long at all. I tried to give them a shot for about 4 years and was always being let down. How do you confide in a new person almost every time you visit you have to start over with a new kid fresh out of school with very little real knowledge practical knowledge. Then when they find out its a joke they quit a week later or are let go. Sorry its true just go get the meds and don't open up to these people they cant be trusted to with private personal information. This is my review my opinion from personal experience. I was a patient and even a test trial person hand picked patient by them to test the lazenge troke program at home for the first time. They started at first and then failed and was shut down by the company and fired the male doctors I was talking to and replaced them multiple times ( it was a flop and a very bad flop way to take the medicine & it was not well sourced & caused stomach discomfort ) its true

I’ve been a patient here on and off for the last 3 years and I can genuinely say I owe my life to Klarisana. I’ve dealt with years of lifelong depression, anxiety and chronic pain that felt untreatable after trying so many different medications and doctors that never worked. The proof that this works is in my progress, I went from needing weekly sessions to biweekly then monthly and now I’m at a point where I only need a booster every 2-6 months. That dark cloud isn't over my head every waking second anymore and when things do get heavy, it doesn't linger for months like it used to. They are really quick with the initial evaluation and getting you set up with appointments. Their availability is open almost all the time with early morning, evening and weekend slots. I really don’t have any complaints except the distance but I’m more than willing to travel from Pueblo to Denver because they are one of the very few providers that actually accepts Medicaid, it’s definitely worth the drive. The atmosphere is very welcoming, I have always felt very safe with each and every staff member and you get your own private, comfortable room for the treatment. They always make sure you're evaluated before you start and that you have a safe ride home afterward. I still have my struggles but I can finally navigate life a little easier now. I’m hoping to maintain these boosters for now and eventually get to a point where I don't even need them anymore because I finally feel like I’m becoming the person I’m supposed to be. I can’t be more grateful

Everyone here is really nice and understanding. I’ve always felt safe getting the ketamine injections but I will say it can be VERY intense and I wouldn’t suggest it for people who are just a little blue. But it’s been helpful for my PTSD and near lifelong depression and they’ve been willing to work with me on what dose feels most beneficial.
I’m also seeing one of their providers for medication management and she was compassionate and a good listener. I really appreciate when I can explain in my 40s that I know what works for me and what doesn’t and not get pushback or try to be convinced to try something new.

I love this place. I am an extremely anxious person, so I found it hard to fully all myself to let go. After a few treatments, this got SO much better. I am disappointed that as soon as I am able to fully be in the experience, it’s time to stop already.
I have had Ketamine Therapy in other clinics, and Klarissana wins hands down. I suggest to take headphones and an Eye mask.

I love Klarisana. My mental health has improved so much. Jasper is truly one of a kind. I feel comfortable and safe around him. Hannah (sorry if I spelled wrong) the provider is incredible as well. They have tag teamed my mental heath journey and I cannot express my gratitude enough. Thank you so much!
