Neurofeedback sessions are part of my toolbox for mental health wellness. I’ve noticed I have a greater space in my mind for expansion (a sense of wellbeing). I am able to move to a state of wellbeing from stressors in life in a shorter time period. Becca is an excellent therapist able to provide her clients with an updated set of practical tools and strategies for mental health wellness and growth.
