I had VERY SEVERE insomnia during the last 20 years after my dear Father, my BEST FRIEND, suddenly died on his birthday while we planned to be together for at least 10 more years and he was very much looking forward to teaching me everything he knew. My dear Father was a very powerful, self-made man. That never happened and that's when my chronic insomnia started, 20 years ago. In 2021, I was a pedestrian in Aurora, CO. All those "sleep specialists" did was they kept charging my health insurance without helping me sleep at all. 1.5 years later of not sleeping for 1 second I got fed up with all of those "medical specialists" and "doctors" (over 30 of them who I saw and to whom I was referred to).
