Dr Frandrup is one of the most professional and best qualified pain specialists I have ever had the privilege of meeting and getting the medical help I desperately needed with the Chronic Pain Diagnosis I was dealing with . And on top of that he takes Medicaid which was a lifesaver for someone like me since it’s hard for me to get a good pain specialist in the town and part of Colorado I’m at! Thank you Dr Frandrup for helping me get to a spot where I don’t wake up everyday contemplating blowing my head off from the sheer amount of physical pain I couldn’t bare to deal with anymore. And thank you for caring about your patients enough to not just throw medications at us and send us on our way! You have the perfect mix of medication management, surgery/procedures, and physical therapy that you should expect from a professional pain specialist!! You are as professional as professional gets!

1/16/26: I see they reply here saying please contact us. Umm yeah did that before posting here. Your sketchy “provider” refused to listen to me. Literally. He’s like, “We are not going to help you. This will be our last conversation. Good luck to you.” So you really think Im going to call again??? My review stands as accurate. Original Review: Not reliable and super sketchy. Recommend you go anywhere but here. First, the secretary does nothing but firing there and do her nails and watch YouTube videos. Never seen her be helpful or do anything useful. Second, they can’t count days correctly for refills. And then never apologize when they get it wrong. Third, 50% of the time (counting a full year) they forget to send in your script. Several times had to wait an extra week and go into withdrawal because of them. Fourth, their telehealth software is an epic failure. It never works and they blame you for missing an apt. Fifth, every month they try to change your apt with less than four hours notice. Every month!! Sixth, they try to upsell you on surgery and implants you don’t need. Seventh, they have constant staff turnover who screw up your records. Eighth, if a doc decides they aren’t making enough money off you and your visits, they makeup a reason to get rid of you as a patient. And ninth, they are woefully lacking in basic clinical knowledge. They claim there has never been a urine testing result error. Ever. That testing errors are impossible. Umm wrong. They need their medical degrees revoked for lying to people about that. This tiny little back room operations is very questionable what they are doing. It will be a waste of your time since they will mess up your medical records or make errors or drop you to fit in patients who are more monetarily valuable.

Prism Pain Management has been the most patient and helpful company in the industry that I've encountered. Dr Frandrup and Michael have been caring and considerate as well the office staff are welcoming and caring. I'm the past I have been met with contempt and derision dealing with my pain and Frandrup process of treating my needs and pain has been essential for getting back to living instead of just struggling. I always look forward to my interaction with the staff and their professionalism. You can't find a better level of care!
