Extending Hope Colorado is truly an exceptional organization.
From the very first interaction, Brian and Jodi were compassionate, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping me navigate a complex journey. They took the time to listen, answer questions thoroughly, and provide support every step of the way.
My specific situation: I was quietly struggling with anxiety, sleeplessness, irritability, brain fog, burnout, and just a general "bleh" feeling—because these issues are commonly associated with menopause or hormonal imbalance. However, after a few months of neurofeedback therapy with Brian and Jodi, all these issues have either subsided (significantly) or are gone!
For me, neurofeedback made sense in theory. But after working with Brian and Jodi, it makes sense in practical application.
What stands out most is their heart for service—every interaction felt personal, respectful, and hopeful. Their professionalism combined with deep empathy makes an huge difference, and it’s clear they go above and beyond for those they serve.
If you've tried other treatments and approaches only to find none of it is working, I highly recommend Extending Hope Colorado!

I have to admit that I came into this process with a high degree of skepticism. This was largely because it seemed impossible that your brain could be "rewired" to process traumatic events differently. As a first responder, we are accustomed to compartmentalizing stress and anxiety to get the job done. While you may perceive the traumatic event is tucked away in a box somewhere in your psyche, the contents of the box creates hypervigilance that affects your marriage, resilience, and mood. After several months of working with Extending Hope Colorado, I have seen an unmistakable difference in how I cope with stress. I highly recommend this treatment for anyone dealing with PTSD, anxiety, or depression. For the skeptics, I encourage you to commit to the process and trust your mind's ability to adapt to a new way of thinking.

I completed my sessions with Extending Hope Colorado about 3 months ago and am still reaping the benefits of the treatments! Ever since childhood I have had trouble with focus and concentration. I now have no problems staying on task for long periods of time, whether I'm working, listening to a lecture, or reading. I can also say I'm much happier in general, and my stress level has declined so I'm no longer in a constant worried state. Brian and Jodi were wonderful throughout the sessions, truly listening to my concerns and providing positive feedback. It's been a wonderful journey!

Why I would highly recommend Extending Hope:
As a sensitive person, I really value working with people who truly care. Jodi from Extending Hope is one of the kindest souls you will encounter in the realm of health providers and I cannot be happier I chose to work with her.The care and attentiveness she provides during a session makes you look forward to your session each week. My first round of Neurofeedback has made a big difference in my cognitive processing and my ability to organize my life and my business. I'm definitely going to go back for more!
Why Neurofeedback for me:
In a recent health journey I found Jodi and Brian found the LENS website. The immediate health issue I was facing to look into Neurofeedback was SIBO (Small Intestine Bacteria Overgrowth). I learned through a podcast how important the vagus nerve was for healthy digestion and how important it can be to do Neurofeedback, especially if you have had any head trauma or brain injuries, or childhood trauma. Along with the head trauma I also was diagnosed with ADHD. I've been doing EMDR therapy for about 8 years prior to this and my therapist has also seen a big change in my processing. Breakthroughs seem to be improving and my HRV has also improved along with the help of Sensate, a vagus nerve stimulator. I'm looking forward to more sessions despite having much improvement already.
Tons of thank yous Jodi + Brian 🙏🏼

I have had concerns with my brain health and function for a long time, due to many past head injuries and an extensive family history of dementia/Alzheimer's. I was very excited to learn of the work that the wonderful folks at Extending Hope Colorado are doing to improve brain performance. In the sessions I have completed so far, I have noticed subtle changes toward better focus, easier problem solving, more fluid vocabulary and even better hand-eye coordination when playing racquetball. I am excited to continue these neurofeedback sessions and expect to achieve better overall brain health and function for many years to come. Kimberley M.
