Square One has been an amazing place for care. Everyone is so nice and supportive. I appreciate that they offer scoliosis specific care, which is hard to find. It has made a huge difference in my life, as has the Softwave and chiropractic care. I have a list of complex orthopedic problems and they all have been patient in helping me with them. I definitely recommend coming here!

I’ve been going to Square One for about a year and have had great improvements in my life. I originally went in for shoulder pain which I had ignored for far too long. Dr Cowan and team didn’t just treat the symptom or problem area. We addressed spine issues and worked on the root of the problem. In about 3-6 months of Physical Therapy, traction therapy, and adjustments, I no longer had pain in my shoulder and was 95% healed or at least functional and not in pain. I’ve continued to go to Square one for the additional benefits I’ve noticed in my life. Emotional stability and Mental clarity have been the other noticeable outcomes of my work/ healing at Square one! Since I began attending I had a daughter who now at 6 months is going to begin attending for adjustments once a month and also my fiancé is about to start going. I’m thankful for Dr Cowan and the entire team at Square one and would recommend them to anyone in search of Chiropractic care or other physically debilitating conditions.
