I had a friend recommend that I reach out to Debbie regarding my perimenopausal symptoms. I had my first appointment with her in December 2025. She was very informative and understood my concerns. She was able to assess my symptoms and prescribe me medication's to immediately start addressing them. It was a very comforting experience to have somebody understand what I was going through and begin the process of alleviating my symptoms.

As women age, go through menopause and enter the Perimenopause phase, many changes, physically and mentally, take place. Some are obvious, while the most, are not. The less obvious has a profound affect on a woman’s health. Hormones and a lack of estrogen are the culprit. Debra Tashlein is an expert in this field. She is helping me navigate, and be proactive with keeping me healthy through my 60s and hopefully, well beyond. Women’s health is her priority and I can honestly say that she has opened my eyes, made sense of the changes I have experienced and has a plan to help me live my best life.

Debbie is so supportive and compassionate. She listened to my concerns without judgment and she worked with me on a treatment plan that has been effective. She is very knowledgeable about perimenopause and menopause symptoms which seems to be overlooked in the treatment of women’s health. Since working with Debra I am sleeping better, I have more energy, less anxiety, less night sweats and less joint pain.
