Placeres Integrative Medicine

This is long overdue, but I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Brian Crouse. It’s incredibly refreshing to spend an hour with a medical professional and feel listened to as they work to understand your ailments. I also appreciated the in-depth office notes, product recommendations, and instructions posted on the patient portal for my convenience. I keep meaning to get back into the office to schedule more acupuncture appointments, but I had a great introduction to the art of it. Various trigger points were explained and the experience was dare I say, relaxing. My one “complaint” is a fault of the architecture of the building, not necessarily the office. There is a huge flight of stairs to simply access the office—no elevator, chair lift, or accommodations. As a person recovering from hip surgery, this was frustrating. Regardless, as a person who is generally wary of “holistic medicine,” the education and experienced gained from Placeres Integrated Medicine is profound. Definitely worth a try!

Dr. Brian Crouse has been a true blessing. I can't express enough how much my health and overall well-being have improved since I started seeing him. He takes the time to really listen, which is something I haven't always found in healthcare. His recommendations for herbs and supplements have been spot-on, and I've experienced noticeable positive changes. It's like I'm finally feeling like myself again. He's also just a really kind and down-to-earth person, which makes appointments comfortable and even enjoyable. If you're looking for a naturopath who genuinely cares and knows their stuff, I highly recommend Dr. Crouse.

This review is past due. A year ago, I was scheduled for my first appointment with Dr. Placeres, only for the Pandemic to step in & delay appointments twice. Seeing she & her staff was very much worth the wait; I've been working with her for 10 months now & have never felt more seen & heard by a Doctor. Dr. Placeres is kind, personable & knows her stuff; helping me to get my Thyroid numbers into an optimal range. My sleep has improved & my anxiety decreased. I truly feel that if you surround yourself with the right people, both personally, and professionally you're on your way to good health & happiness. Blessed to have her as a part of my tribe. Oh, and one more thing...her front office staff are incredibly sweet & accommodating! ...I lied, or just forgot, I had yet another thing to say - I travel two hours to go to this office, so, if you're lucky enough to have this kind of care in your backyard, you should take advantage of it! Ok, now I think I'm done. 🙂
