Infusion Solutions

I have been a patient at Infusion Solutions of Delaware, LLC for aprox 5 years under the exceptional care of Dr Jingsong Zhang. The staff, receptionists, transfusionist and medical assistants have always been professional, timely, caring and pleasant. The text and email reminders of your appointment date and time are very helpful. Eventhough I forgot a few appointments regardless the reminders, they have always managed to fit me in either the same day or next day which was greatly appreciated. The office is always clean and tidy, which is noticeable as soon as you enter. Dr Jingsong Zhang is the BEST!! I've always been leary of medications, but he explains the benefits and even possible side effects of medications he prescribes. He is kind, patient and has been attentive to my concerns and questions. Since being under his care, I have seen remarkable progress. I wasn't able to walk next door, due to swollen joints and knee pain. Now, I can walk 2-3 miles with little to no pain when I choose too. I'm enjoying everyday life, and finally feeling like myself again. 🙂 I'm thankful to God for blessing me and for Infusion Solutions for their great medical service. 🫶🏿

Friendly and efficient staff. The appointments are on time and the wait is always less than 10 minutes. The physician has reviewed my chart before he comes into exam room and is prepared to discuss my case and always answers questions. I never feel rushed. Check out is smooth with flexibility in scheduling. Office is spotless. Having a lab down the hall is very convenient. Highly recommend this practice if you are looking for very competent, experienced and friendly staff.

I have been coming to this infusion center for over 12 years, and the level of care has been consistently outstanding. From the moment you walk in, you are treated with kindness, professionalism, and genuine compassion. The nurses are exceptional—Janice and Ali, in particular, go above and beyond to make every visit stress-free. They are attentive, knowledgeable, and always take the time to check in and explain everything. Dr. Zhang provides truly wonderful care. His expertise, attention to detail, and genuine concern for his patients makes a tremendous difference. Over the years, I have always felt listened to, respected, and confident in the care I am receiving. This infusion center has been a constant source of support for me, and I am incredibly grateful for the care provided.
