I truly did not have a good experience at this office.If I could give zero I would . The office manager actually was the worst. She was rude, cut me off and hung up in my ear when I called today. I scheduled a new patient visit, booked 1 month out. I arrived 20 minutes early, paid a $40 co-pay upfront. Filled out a ton of paperwork ( it took me 30 minutes because I like to be thorough). I literally saw the doctor for 8 minutes, no exaggeration. He asked 3 questions, gave me a script for X-rays and I was sent back to the front. No treatment. At the front they did not explain anything, where to go to get the x-rays, if I needed a follow up appointment, nothing. I had to ask where to go and let them know the doctor wanted to reschedule for next day. I canceled today’s appointment and requested a refund of my co-pay. I’m not sure if they are not use to treating people who look like me, but I did not get treated well at all. I will not be sending my family or anyone I know here as long as the front desk manager is still there. I’m sure Dr. West does his best, but with a name like Be TRULY WELL, I expected more compassion, comfort and kindness.

Excellent and professional chiropractor technics by Doc West! I now walk straight painless and improved my posture 100%. Overall, I am super satisfied and so glad that I took my mother for his treatment, after 2 months she is new person healthier and looking 10 years younger. A huge thanks!

I feel great every time after Dr West's treatment; Besides the magic touch I've used his products as well and found them great as well; specifically I use the probiotics which helped me get over my gut issues; He's a blessing to the community;
